Winemaker’s Comments:
Harvested early mornings before 10 o’clock, the juice is also kept on the their fine lees, for a limited time, to achieve the natural minerality.  Very lightly oaked for a fresh finish.  The vineyards stand in red limestone soil, with a north to south row direction to gain optimum flavours for our premium selected Chardonnay.  This wine delivers a fresh minerality with a smooth, full finish.
