Winemaker’s Comments:
The red limestone along with the elevation of these vineyards produce fresh, light red fruit notes like red cherry with a hint of minerality from the soil.  This wine is produced from carefully hand-picked grapes, meticulously grown by our finest producers.  Very lightly wooded in 4th fill barrels, the Pinot Noir has a long, light finish with a round mouthfeel.

Tasting Notes:
Very light, delicate and refreshing, with aromas of fresh red fruit followed by soft and subtle flavours of strawberry, raspberry and cherry.
